Broadband exchange areas 'Non Spots'

BT have completed their roll-out scheme and have enabled all but one of the exchanges in East Sussex. Broadband East Sussex together with partners Callflow Solutions have provided a wireless solution for this exchange area in Isfield.

'Not-spots'

We are aware that there are 'not-spot' areas within the county that are still unable to get broadband. This can be down to distance from the exchange or contention ratio of the line, and BT are looking into this problem nation-wide.

If you are in an area as described above and would like broadband but still cannot get connected, please help us identify where these 'not-spots' are by providing your details below:

IMPORTANT: it is essential that you have confirmation from your ISP that you cannot get ADSL broadband and, if necessary that they have organised a visit from a BT engineer to diagnose the situation. If you have not been through this process it is possible that you could get ADSL. This is therefore the first step in the process.
